WSC will ship to an APO address. Your shipping WILL NOT CALCULATE correctly for an APO address on-line. If your order is OVER $1,000 then Ground/Surface shipping will record as free. However, understand that this is not correct. APO shipping charges will be whatever the US Postal Service charges to ship your order to your APO address. ANY SCANNER shipped outside the USA the manufacturer will void its warranty. Some customers do not care. They look at the exchange rate of the US dollar to their currency + shipping costs + securing a service contract within their country = a good deal for them. Other customers do not will not order for this reason.
