EMC Captiva QuickScan PRO Capture Software Level 1

QuickScan™ Pro is an effective, easy-to-use solution for high performance image scanning and image processing in Microsoft Windows environments. QuickScan Pro provides all the capabilities necessary to scan, view, print, annotate, clean and store images. QuickScan Pro is available for Windows 98, Me, 2000, and XP.

QuickScan Pro supports all features of your scanner through an ISIS® driver from Captiva, and also supports TWAIN scanners that have no ISIS driver through a driver interface layer. QuickScan Pro TWAIN support can only provide the scanner feature set provided by the TWAIN data source that comes with the scanner. Pricing is based on the Level of the scanner driver, which in turn is based on the scanner’s product capabilities including parameters such as page rate, paper handling, paper sizes, etc. This QuickScan Pro price assumes the ISIS driver is coming bundled with the scanner. If you have a Production Scanner and the driver is not included with the scanner, you would need to also buy the Production driver for that scanner.

This license of QuickScan PRO will only operate properly with scanners rated as Level 1.

PART ONE: The first part is an E-Mail from this E-Mail address: emc@subscribenet.com MAKE SURE THIS ADDRESS IS NOT BLOCKED BY ANY SPAM FILTER! You will receive an E-Mail from EMC Captiva giving you a download link and a serial number. With the download link, you can get your software operating right away. This download software is a full working copy of the software good for 30 days.

PART TWO: The second part is that within 10 days you will receive a second e-mail from the same EMC e-mail address. This e-mail will contain your permanent software code giving you unlimited use of the software.

It is possible that you will receive a CD of the software, from EMC. However, EMC changes their policy on this from time to time. So the expected delivery of the software purchase will always be electonic.

2. "PayPal" (PayPal Button in Shopping Cart): Choose this payment method if you are a PayPal member and have "any" credit card registered to your account. NOTE: If you are processing your credit card through PayPal and are NOT a PayPal member or do not have the credit card used for this order registered with PayPal, then on-line orders are limited to purchases below $2,000. WSC will prosecute ANY fraudulent purchase and ANY non-payment of an order. All Attorney and or collection fees incurred pursuing recovery of ANY payment due WSC will also be owed and recovered from the customer.

Shipping Charges are not included in the price of any product. The accuracy of shipping charges is not the responsibility of this store. We have accessed the technology of UPS on-line rating system through YAHOO store services. If, on a rare occasion, shipping charges are found incorrect then we will notify you within that business day via e-mail to request your approval of any correction. This may effect the delivery of an order specified for "Air" delivery.

NOTE: SHIPPING TO APO Addresses for Military paying on-line with a credit card
WSC will ship to an APO address. Your shipping WILL NOT CALCULATE correctly for an APO address on-line. If your order is OVER $1,000 then Ground/Surface shipping will record as free. However, understand that this is not correct. APO shipping charges will be whatever the US Postal Service charges to ship your order to your APO address. Our system can not calculate that since it is tied to UPS. Therefore understand that while your order may show NO SHIPPING CHARGES, a second charge on your credit card will show and this will be for shipping charges. This charge may show 10 days to 14 days AFTER the date of your on-line order was placed which will be the first charge on your credit card for the actual ordered product(s).

ANY SCANNER shipped outside the USA the manufacturer will void its warranty. Some customers do not care. They look at the exchange rate of the US dollar to their currency + shipping costs + securing a service contract within their country = a good deal for them. Other customers do not will not order for this reason. ALL INCOMING DUTIES, CUSTOM FEES, TAXES, ETC IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AT TIME OF DELIVERY WITHIN YOUR COUNTRY OR WHATEVER THE LOCAL POLICY/LAWS APPLY. This store can not calculate what that amount will be. Therefore, it is up to the customer to find this out and factor this amount into their purchase decision.
